10 Years of Educational Leadership, Towards Board of Advisors, EEF

Teach For Thailand alumni is a network of leaders who believe in the potential for true development in children across Thailand. They are determined to drive change through various career paths.
One such leader is “Giraffe” – Sorawit Paiboonrattanakorn, an alumnus of Teach For Thailand’s first cohort, who founded the Saturday School Foundation. The Foundation helps Thai children discover their potential by engaging with people from diverse sectors of society.

10 ปีแห่งผู้นำด้านการศึกษา สู่บทบาทกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ กสศ.

เครือข่ายศิษย์เก่าทีช ฟอร์ ไทยแลนด์ คือกลุ่มผู้นำที่ยึดมั่นในการพัฒนาเด็กในประเทศไทย และมุ่งมั่นเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพผ่านอาชีพต่างๆ
หนึ่งในนั้นคือ “ยีราฟ” – สรวิศ ไพบูลย์รัตนากร ศิษย์เก่าทีช ฟอร์ ไทยแลนด์รุ่นที่ 1 ผู้ก่อตั้ง “มูลนิธิโรงเรียนวันเสาร์” (Saturday School Foundation) ด้วยความต้องการให้เด็กไทยได้ค้นพบศักยภาพสูงสุดของตนเอง ผ่านการดึงการมีส่วนร่วมจากทุกฝ่ายในสังคม

Building Dreams from Zero: Stories from Students

Teach For Thailand (TFT) and its Fellows firmly believe in the potential of Thai children and youth, working tirelessly to ensure equitable education so they can choose their own futures.
One such individual who has charted their own path is “Tawan,” a former runaway student who studied with “Kru Pao” – Nopardol Bootsatorn, a TFT alumnus from cohort 5.

Together for Change: Public and Private Collaboration for Education

Parental divorce, children living with grandparents, and drug-related issues are examples of challenges the Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) of Prachinburi aims to address to improve educational equity and access for children.
The Teach For Thailand Foundation and the PAO of Prachinburi have signed a collaborative Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance students’ academic capacity and place Teach For Thailand Fellows in schools under the PAO for two years.

ร่วมทำเพื่อความยั่งยืน: พัฒนาการศึกษากับภาครัฐและเอกชน

ผู้ปกครองหย่าร้าง ทำให้เด็กต้องย้ายที่อยู่อาศัยบ่อยหรือต้องอยู่กับตายาย รวมไปถึงเรื่องยาเสพติด นี่คือตัวอย่างปัญหาที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด (อบจ.) ปราจีนบุรีต้องการแก้ไข เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสทางการศึกษาที่เสมอภาคให้เด็กไทย และพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไปพร้อมกัน
ล่าสุด มูลนิธิทีช ฟอร์ ไทยแลนด์ และอบจ. ปราจีนบุรี ได้ร่วมกันลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงเพื่อความร่วมมือด้านการพัฒนาด้านวิชาการสำหรับเด็กนักเรียน และการจัดให้มีครูผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเข้าไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นเวลาสองปีในสามโรงเรียนภายใต้สังกัด อบจ.

In an era of technological advancements, education must equip children and youth with the essential skills to thrive in a constantly changing job market. With this in mind, Teach For Thailand launched the “Future Ready” initiative, inviting students and educators to experience real-world working environments and gain insights into practical and critical skills for future careers.

ในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีก้าวหน้าอย่างรวดเร็ว การศึกษาต้องช่วยเสริมสร้างทักษะที่สำคัญให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชน ให้สามารถตอบรับกับความต้องการในตลาดแรงงาน ทีช ฟอร์ ไทยแลนด์จึงริเริ่มโครงการ “การศึกษาเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับอนาคต” หรือ Future Ready ให้นักเรียนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาได้เรียนรู้บริบทตลาดแรงงานจริง เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการเรียนรู้และการสอนทักษะสำคัญที่นำไปใช้ได้
